At each location, our tenants are pleasantly surprised to discover that when they need service that it will be our on-site employees who make sure that their request is promptly handled, from the moment they call, right through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Our on-site maintenance staff features a strong contingent of experienced day porters, HVAC mechanics, electricians and landscape professionals. Our tenant services team is ready to provide a broad range of construction services from preliminary space planning to project management. Our accredited culinary staff offers a broad range of dining options from breakfast and lunch at one of our many full-service dining facilities to full-service catered functions.

From our operations center in Waltham, Massachusetts, our management and administrative staff are there to make sure that when the tenant calls, that they will be greeted by a real person, well-qualified to handle any request.
