Hobbs Brook Management is committed to operating our buildings in a sustainable manner, and aims to take measures to improve our environment at every turn. One easy stop along the sustainable journey is to establish a comprehensive recycling program in all of its Waltham and Wakefield buildings. We’ve done that by implementing a Mixed Fiber Recycling Program, and a Comingled Recycling Program. To check to see what is included in both, please refer to the lists below:

Mixed Fiber Recycling Program

Acceptable materials for recycling include:

• Accounting Ledgers
• Envelopes (white or colored; with or without windows)
• Brochures and pamphlets (coated or uncoated; stapled or folded)
• Carbonless Forms (NCR paper)
• Computer Paper (Green, blue-bar, plain, laser or inkjet)
• Copier Paper (white or colored)
• Letterhead and Stationery (white or colored)
• Loose-leaf and filler paper (white or colored)
• Magazines
• Manila File Folders (No plastic or metal tabs)
• Newspaper

**Please note wrappers from reams of copy paper are not accepted.**

Comingled Recycling Program

Acceptable materials for recycling include:

• Plastic food and beverage containers (#1through #7 – no foam)
• Aluminum & Tin Cans
• Clear & Colored Glass

It is preferred that plastic and metal caps be removed before recycling, but are acceptable
