Four Winds Digital Touch-Screen Monitors

Hobbs Brook Management is beta-testing digital touch-screen monitors at 404 Wyman Street as a way to effectively communicate information to building occupants. The Four Winds system will be used as a communication tool between Hobbs Brook Management and its tenants. An initial focus of the system is to call attention to Iconics, the energy management system that tracks energy usage and data in real time within the building, allowing tenants to gain a better understanding of what Hobbs Brook is doing to facilitate green operations.

The screens, located at each entrance to the building as well as the entrance to the cafeteria, convey:
• Weather information
• Live TV broadcasts
• Information on the company and building amenities
• And features a live traffic camera, focused on the Winter/Wyman St. exit on Interstate 128 in Waltham.
