Emergency Evacuation Procedures
All buildings are equipped with fire alarms, smoke detectors, sprinklers and emergency lighting systems and other safety devices. Fire alarms are tested monthly. Notices are posted at building entrances on the days these tests are performed.
In the event of smoke, fire or sounding alarm (other than testing), tenants should evacuate building immediately. Upon exiting, individuals should stand at least 350 feet from the building and out of the way of emergency vehicles. Designated tenant personnel should verify that all employees have vacated the premises.
- Tenants should make an effort to close all doors upon exiting offices, if possible.
- The Fire Department will notify employees as to when they may re-enter the building.
- All Tenants are responsible for establishing Emergency Evacuation Procedures for their employees.
