Through the next 35 years, Hobbs Brook office Park has grown to a nine building campus. In 1989, 404 Wyman Street received the Judges’ Grand Design award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as the best overall project for it’s sustainable design and unique approach to cooling the building through thermal ice storage. Our tenant services team is ready to provide a broad range of construction services from preliminary planning to project management. A little about our history, In 1954, we developed the first office building on Route 128 at our Waltham campus. With the completion of our next two buildings in 1963-64, Hobbs Brook Park became the first suburban office park in the area.
