We are the Boston Office space leaders, but At Hobbs Brook
Management we’re about more than Boston Office Space, we are an organization
of more than 200 well-trained professionals, personally committed to providing
our tenants in the boston area with the highest quality Boston office
space possible. When you work at any of our locations, you will find a
clean, well maintained park, set in true park-like surroundings, with
convenient access to major highways. As both owner and operator of our
properties, we are strongly committed to establishing long-term positive
relationships with each of our tenants by delivering consistent and superior
customer service.
For our current tenants, our on-site maintenance staff features
a strong contingent of experienced day porters, HVAC mechanics, electricians
and landscape professionals. Our tenant services team is ready to provide
a broad range of construction services from preliminary planning to project
management. Our accredited culinary staff offers a broad range of dining
options from breakfast and lunch at one of our many full-service dining
facilities to full-service catered functions.
A little about our history, In 1954, we developed the first
building on Route 128 at our Waltham campus. With the completion of our
next two buildings in 1963-64, Hobbs Brook Park became the first suburban
park in the area.
Through the next 35 years, Hobbs Brook Office Park has
grown to a nine building campus, featuring 1.2 million square feet. In
1989, 404 Wyman Street received the Judges’ Grand Design award from the
National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as the best overall
project for it’s sustainable design and unique approach to cooling the
building through thermal ice storage.
Our two newest projects, a 105,000 square foot addition
to our 610 Lincoln Building in Waltham and a 160,000 square foot building
located in Wakefield, Massachusetts, will feature the same quality construction
and commitment to customer satisfaction.
