Hobbs Brook Management adheres to important tenant procedures and building standards

  • 24/7 staffed security control center
  • 24/7 roving security patrol
  • Closed circuit television cameras located at all building entrances
  • Card access to all buildings

Security concerns or issues should be reported to the security control center at (781) 906-3222

Cleaning and trash removal

Any questions or concerns regarding nightly cleaning procedures should be directed to tenant management at (781) 890-2128 or contact us.

  • Requests for the disposal of furniture, crates or excess trash, should be communicated to tenant management.
  • Boxes and crates must be labeled "trash" for proper disposal

Smoking policies

Smoking is prohibited in all common areas in all Hobbs Brook Management buildings. These areas include all entrance areas, lobbies, lavatories, corridors, elevators, cafeterias, atria and loading/shipping areas.

Tenants are responsible for enforcing the smoking policy with their employees.

Designated smoking area(s) have been set up outside each building. Please use
these areas.
