While it's still searching for an anchor tenant for 175-185 Wyman St., which is under development at Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham, Hobbs Brook Management LLC has signed two smaller tenants for its 336,000-square-foot office park.

Tech Environmental Inc. leased 3,000 square feet and will move into 303 Wyman St. in June. The tenant was represented by Casler & Co. Further, Ameriprise Financial Inc. leased 2,000 square feet and will move into 275 Wyman St. in May. The tenant was represented by Colliers Meredith & Grew. Hobbs Brook was represented in both leases by Wyman Street Advisors.
