With a career steeped in hospitality, Kevin’s passion for customer service is evident in every interaction he has with Hobbs Brook tenants. Through his involvement in all construction and leasing projects, Kevin is in a unique position that allows him to satisfy tenant’s wants and needs, while interacting with talented and qualified building professionals. He’s appreciative that his position enables him to enjoy a diverse work environment involving construction, leasing, daily operations oversight and tenant relations. Kevin has worked for Hobbs Brook in various roles for more than 20 years.

Thomas M. Dusel

President/Chief Executive Officer

As a Hobbs Brook Employee for more than 30 years, Tom strives daily to engender in his employees the importance of customer satisfaction, which can only come through superior customer service. Readily available, Tom wants to hear from his customers, no matter what it may be, and believes their feedback is the key to Hobbs Brook’s responsiveness.

Kevin T. Gammons, Esq.

Vice President, Chief Legal Officer

Kevin is responsible for overseeing and directing Hobbs Brook’s legal matters including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, transactional matters, litigation and corporate organization and governance. Kevin has been instrumental in numerous transactions that have enabled the company to evolve its client services and broaden its market scope. He’s been with Hobbs Brook for more than 10 years.

Jeffrey Gilmore

Second Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Jeff is responsible for maintaining the information services function as it relates to all aspects of real estate operations. With more than 27 years at Hobbs Brook, Jeff provides technological direction and guidance in the areas of application software design and development, hardware and software procurement, telecommunications, including internet and web design.

Michael Lalli

Vice President, Building Services

Mike started with Hobbs Brook 30 years ago, and has seen the firm flourish throughout the years. He manages all building facilities including HVAC and electrical operations, oversees the grounds keeping, and supervises all of the dining facilities staff. He knows from experience that when projects are on schedule, Hobbs Brook tenants remain happy.
