Consolidating Cross Insurance Co. Moves Across Wakefield Office Park

 

Cross Insurance Co. is consolidating within the Edgewater Office Park in Wakefield, combining two existing offices into 13,126 square feet of office space at 401 Edgewater Drive.

Cross previously occupied space at 601 and 701 Edgewater Drive, according to a statement.

Matt Harvey and Joe Sciolla of CresaPartners in Boston represented Cross Insurance. The landlord, Hobbs Brook Management, was represented by Chip Batchelder of Wyman Street Advisors.
