WALTHAM, Mass. – December 13, 2010 – Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a pioneer in the development of office space in the Boston suburbs, announced today that it has signed a 10-year lease with The Midwest Center for Women’s Healthcare (MCWHC). The medical group now occupies 6,723 SF at 350 South Northwest Highway in Park Ridge, Illinois.

The physicians of MCWHC are very well established in the communities of Chicago’s North Shore and the surrounding suburbs, and many have treated several generations of patients within the same family. The medical practice, which had existed at its former location for 60 years, chose to relocate to 350 South Northwest Highway because of the proximity to its original location and its ability to meet the business objectives of the health center.

“Due to the growth of our practice, we began looking for a contemporary and comfortable space that was convenient for our existing patients and that met the technical requirements of a more modern facility,” said Dr. Ann LaBarge of the MCWHC. “In addition to meeting our size requirements, the parking at the new space at 350 South Northwest is abundant and our staff is thrilled with the gym and cafeteria onsite. Moreover, we were very happy to have the opportunity to design the space to suit our needs.”
