MEET PAUL

As the Executive Chef that oversees the Waltham food service properties, Paul is dedicated to providing high-quality, healthy, and up and coming food trends that keep building tenants coming back. He is particularly proud of the constantly changing menu with its variety of worldly cuisines. Paul firmly believes cooking and eating should be an enjoyable experience, and regularly plans special events and themed functions that incorporate dining and socializing. Heavily involved in Hobbs Brook’s catering program, Paul and his staff regularly host building-wide BBQ’s, high end cocktail networking parties, and plated dinner events, among others.
