With more than 30 years of experience in real estate management, Tom leads a well-trained and highly professional staff who shares his commitment to strong tenant retention through superior customer service. Since joining the real estate organization in 1983, Tom has carefully guided Hobbs Brook Management through dramatic changes in the commercial real estate industry, while steadily growing the size and value of the real estate portfolio through sound financial planning and direction.

Donald G. Oldmixon, CPM

First Vice President, Manager Real Estate Construction and Leasing

With over 26 years of service with Hobbs Brook Management, Don directs all major construction projects within the company’s portfolio and all leasing activities for over 3 million square feet of owned properties. Responsible for the corporate real estate functions and customer relations programs, he is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and CoreNet.

General Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Hotel and Conference Center

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in culinary arts, Kevin has been associated with Sheraton Hotels since 1986. He has served as Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, and Assistant General Manager, and is currently the General Manager of the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Hotel and Conference Center. Committed to providing top quality food and beverage and offering outstanding service, Kevin is a firm believer in the company's vision "Service is Our Product".

Kevin Gammons

Second Vice President, Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer for Hobbs Brook Management, Kevin is responsible for overseeing and directing the legal matters of the company’s business, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, transactional matters, litigation and corporate organization and governance. Since joining the company in March 2004, Kevin has been instrumental in numerous transactions that have enabled the company to evolve its client services and broaden its market scope.

Jeffrey A. Gilmore

Second Vice President, Technology Services

As Chief Technology Officer, Jeff is responsible for managing the Information Services function as it relates to all aspects of the real estate operations, including asset, property management, facilities management, tenant relations, and food service. Jeff has over 30 years experience in Information Systems and Real Estate operations and provides technological direction and guidance in the areas of application software design and development, hardware and software procurement, telecommunications, including internet and web design, client server, and strategic planning.

Michael L. Lalli

Second Vice President, Building Services

Mike has been with Hobbs Brook Management since 1984, where he began his career directing food services. Mike's role expanded as he assumed responsibility for facilities management and food service at our Waltham, Massachusetts campus. Today, Mike directs maintenance operations at all locations covering nearly 3 million square feet. He also directs food service operations at our Wakefield, Massachusetts and Park Ridge, Illinois campuses.
