Hobbs Brook Management leases total of 35,152 SF to 4 Companies

WALTHAM, Mass. – February 11, 2011 – Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a pioneer in the development of office space in the Boston suburbs, today announces 4 new leases totaling 35,152 SF within their Class A portfolio. Affinova, Inc., Gnarus Environmental Services Corporation, and Magenic Technologies, Inc. will occupy space in Waltham, Massachusetts. Astraeus Wealth Advisors LLC has selected space in Park Ridge, Illinois.

Waltham, Massachusetts
Affinnova, Inc., a global leader in marketing innovation software and services, has leased 22,352 SF at 265 Winter Street in Waltham Massachusetts. The company, which formerly outgrew its offices at Second Avenue in Waltham, will occupy the top floor of its new home on Winter Street. Jon Varholak, partner, and Ron Friedman, senior vice president of Richard Barry Joyce & Partners represented Affinova, while Charles E. “Chip” Batchelder, managing director of Wyman Street Advisors represented Hobbs Brook Management. Affinova relocated in January.

Gnarus Environmental Services Corporation, an environmental consulting company, has signed a lease for 7,128 SF at 275 Wyman Street in Waltham. The firm outgrew its former location on Totten Pond Road. Represented by T3 Advisors, LLC, they moved into the Hobbs Brook Office Park in January. Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors represented Hobbs Brook Management.

Magenic Technologies, Inc., a builder of innovative custom solutions for mobile applications will vacate its current offices on Winter Street and relocate to the Hobbs Brook Office Park this month. Cushman & Wakefield represented Magenic, and Robert Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors represented Hobbs Brook Management. The technology firm has leased 4,053 SF on the fourth floor of 404 Wyman Street.

Park Ridge, Illinois
Astraeus Wealth Advisers, LLC, has leased 1,619 SF at 300 South Northwest Highway in Park Ridge, Illinois. Formerly located at 444 North Michigan Avenue, the financial consulting firm was represented by Tim Reynolds from CB Richard Ellis, and moved into its new headquarters late last year.
