WALTHAM, Mass.- With expansion plans in hand, Tapestry Networks has leased 11,175 square feet of class A space in Hobbs Brook Office Park. The professional services firm is slated to occupy its new headquarters space before this month ends.

Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Keith Gurtler and assistant vice president Matt Malatesta represented Tapestry Networks. Wyman Street Advisors director Robert Borgman negotiated for the building owner, Hobbs Brook Management LLC.

Tapestry Networks is taking space on the second floor of the 413,000-square-foot structure at 404 Wyman St., joining tenants such as Novell, IBM Corp., Racepoint Group and Verdasys with the expansion move. The company's headquarters team currently is housed at 1601 Trapelo Rd. also in Waltham.
