NORWOOD, Massachusetts – February 15, 2008 – The Four Points by Sheraton Norwood, a business-class hotel and full-service conference center, announced today that its One Bistro Restaurant has received a Gold Plate rating by TV Diner’s Billy Costa of New England Cable News (NECN).

One Bistro, the restaurant that resides within the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood hotel, impressed the food critic with inspired combinations and flawless execution. Each menu item sampled received top marks in the episode that aired.

“One Bistro succeeds in being both the relaxing and sophisticated room with its open kitchen, subdued lighting, refined furnishings and urbane feel,” said Billy Costa, on-air food critic for NECN’s TV Diner. “No ordinary hotel restaurant - trust me - this upscale eatery is getting a lot of fanfare for its fare.”

One Bistro is celebrating its fifth year anniversary this year and has been impressing guests since their doors opened in 2003. The chef, Peter Dexter, spends his vacations in France learning new techniques and recipes that he perfects throughout the year. This attention to detail is evident by the quality and ingenuity applied to the One Bistro menu, and spills over to the atmosphere of the restaurant.
