Epsilon Data Management LLC is expanding its presence in Wakefield, said a commercial real estate broker involved in the transaction.

Epsilon, a marketing services firm, has leased an additional 22,000 square feet of space at 601 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield, said the broker, FHO Partners. As a result of the expansion, Epsilon will occupy 135,000 square feet at the location, providing the company with additional opportunity for growth and expansion.

Hobbs Brook Management owns and manages the property, said FHO Partners, which assisted Epsilon with the expansion.
