Tech Environmental and Ameriprise Financial have signed leases at Waltham's Hobbs Brook Office Park at 303 Wyman St. and 275 Wyman St., respectively.

Tech Environmental, an air quality and noise consultant, signed a lease for 3,000 square feet. Tech Environmental formerly was located on Trapelo Road in Waltham.

"Most of the other office spaces we looked at were comparable in terms of location, and price," said Michael Lannan, vice president of Tech Environmental. "We chose Hobbs Brook Office Park specifically because it is clearly well run, has many different amenities, and the recently renovated building is in exceptional shape.

Ameriprise Financial, a diversified financial services company, is merging two practices currently located in Waltham and Winchester. The firm signed a lease for 2,000 square feet.

"The Hobbs Brook Office Park is a convenient location for our existing clients, most of whom are located within the metro-Boston area," said James Forcier, a certified financial planner practitioner for Ameriprise.
