Staffing firm leases space in the Hobbs Brook Office Park

WALTHAM, Mass. – December 8, 2009 – Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a pioneer in the development of office space in the Boston suburbs, announced today it has leased 3,434 square feet of office space at 275 Wyman Street in Waltham, Massachusetts to Pro Source, Inc., a professional solutions firm that provides contract personnel, consulting services, and software to support the functions of computer aided design and drafting. 275 Wyman Street is located within the Hobbs Brook Office Park, the first suburban office park in metropolitan Boston. Established in 1963, it is currently comprised of eleven buildings totaling more than 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space.

Pro Source chose this location because of its proximity to Boston and accessibility to Route 128/95. Formerly located on Jones Road in Waltham, Pro Source committed to this space in August 2009 with plans to move in by February 2010. The interior renovation is being performed by Majestic Construction of North Attleboro, Massachusetts.
