Hobbs Brook Management Welcomes Brad Swinnerton to Commercial Real Estate Team

WALTHAM, Mass. – January 10, 2017 Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a commercial property management and development firm specializing in leasing, construction and development of Class A office space, announced today that Brad J. Swinnerton has joined the firm as a commercial real estate construction project manager. Brad will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of commercial real estate development projects, including office space renovations, tenant improvements, and property repositioning.

Each commercial property must adhere to high standards of energy efficiency, sustainability, and quality,” said Bradley Cardoso, AIA, principal architect for Hobbs Brook Management. “Brad’s understanding of sophisticated building and HVAC systems will be paramount to helping us support our high standards. We are thrilled to add him to our team.”

Brad brings 32 years of experience in all aspects of property management and construction management for commercial and multifamily properties. Previously, Brad served as the Northeast capital projects manager at Healthcare Trust of America, and as the assistant vice president of capital projects and commercial property management at Northland Investment Corporation.

Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He is a member of the Boston Owner and Managers Association (BOMA).
