Hobbs Brook Executive Chef Paul Armann was asked to participate in an episode of Yolanda Cellucci’s television show, Style & Glamour with Yolanda, which airs regularly on The Waltham Channel WCAC-TV. The episode’s main focus was to show viewers how to create delicious and stylish looking dishes for all occasions. Paul explains step by step how to create stylish hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Since presentation is so important when it comes to food, Paul gives viewers tips to create beautiful place settings and inexpensive ways to display his beautiful creations.
Paul Armann has worked for Hobbs Brook since 2008. He started out working part time while he was attending school and was soon offered a full time position as a cook. Now, he has moved up the ranks to Executive Chef based out of the Waltham locations. His primary duties include overseeing the day to day operations at the 175 & 275 Wyman Cafés, as well as collaborating with our other Executive Chefs in the park. Paul oversees roughly 30 employees from the two properties to execute daily café service, catering service, and corporate functions.
Executive Chef Paul Armann is not only known for his culinary skills, but also for his relationship with Hobbs Brook tenants. All who know Paul will agree that he is a pleasure to work with and truly cares about his products, his staff, and most importantly his clients.
