WALTHAM, Mass. – September 17, 2015 – Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a commercial property management and development firm specializing in leasing, construction and development of Class A office space, announced today that Breuer & Co., an information technology and services firm originally located at 701 Edgewater Drive in Wakefield, Mass., has leased 24,414 RSF at 401 Edgewater Drive for ten years. Both buildings are owned by Hobbs Brook Management.
