WALTHAM, Mass – February 24, 2015 – Hobbs Brook Management LLC (HBM) is proud to unveil a brand new, full service cafeteria at 333 Wyman Street in Waltham. This café, designed by Colburn & Guyette, is the latest addition to HBM’s existing 15 corporate dining facilities.

Menus rotate on a 5 week cycle and include weekly hot action stations with sauté-to-order dishes such as stir fry and vegetarian selections. Catering menus are available online.
Hobbs Brook uses high quality vendors such as US Foods, F&B Produce, Paul Marks Dairy and Cheese, Local Bakeries, and Boston Bean Coffee. The Waltham Campus Dining is supported by Duane Sullivan and Kevin Costello, long time Hobbs Brook Chefs and Managers. The Dining Services are run by Vice President of Building Services, Michael Lalli and Corporate Executive Chef, Paul Egan. Through the efforts of the Dining Service Staff, Hobbs Brook continues to provide tenants and guests with the highest level of service and cleanliness.
To celebrate the Grand Opening, there will be complementary coffee and pastries from 7:30 – 9:30 AM in the new café, as well as a surprise treat at lunchtime!
