Epsilon, a leading marketing services firm, signed a 22,000-square-foot expansion lease at 601 Edgewater Drive in Wakefield, MA. This will bring the company’s total square footage occupied to 135,000 square feet.

The building is a Class A, 145,983-square-foot office property in the Lynnfield/Wakefield submarket.
